1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), uploaded architectural drawings, and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We also collect usage data including login activity, reports generated, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and improve the Service, generate compliance reports, process payments, send transactional emails, and maintain account security. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Document Security

Uploaded architectural drawings are stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets. Documents are processed by our AI engine and are not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your uploaded documents at any time.

4. AI Processing

Your drawings are analyzed by AI models to generate compliance reports. This analysis is performed solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your drawings to train AI models.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Uploaded drawings and generated reports are retained for 12 months after generation unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), AWS S3 (file storage), Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (email delivery), and Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis). Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, request corrections, request deletion, export your data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@permitprep.ai.
